We are powerful | Yes you are

You are not powerless during this time of change. Dr. Schuyler shares a simple strategy to refocus to help us all into becoming more resourceful in times of uncertainty and change. Presently, we are all being called to reorganize physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually on all levels. With change comes free and available energy that can be either directed into creating new possibilities towards the betterment of our lives and our health and well-being or to redirect the available energy, as we are scrambling to recreate and restore our lives back to what has been, because its familiar and sustains our need for constancy.

Dr. Schuyler shared a story from when he went skydiving years ago...

After all of his training and just before they were loading the plane. As the reality of what he was about to do started to sink in... Life got Real for him in an instant!.

He was placed in front of a video camera and asked to state... I am taking my life into my own hands, I understand that I could die today skydiving and I am taking 100% responsibility for my life and my actions!

Imagine... two instructors going to jump out of the plane with him, one on each side, holding onto an arm and a leg. As the plane was climbing in altitude/attitude, one of the instructors leans over and yells over to him as they are checking his parachute... just remember... when we get to the door of the plane and we are ready to jump.... we will jump on your command (((GO))). One last check... the instructor Looks into his eyes and laughs as he yell over the roar of the airplane door opening at 13,000 feet…

(((NO))) and (((GO))) sound the same.

They had one focus to get him through the 1 min. free fall and they made it clear that once he pull his ripcord the rest was up to him! Dr. Schuyler said, this was a pivotal moment in his life... "What an empowering experience... to claim to the universe, to claim to God, to myself that I am taking 100% responsibility for my life... no matter the event, circumstance.

That I have the power to choose (((No))) or (((GO))) in every moment."

Dr. Schuyler invites you to remember that... No matter what you are facing right now during this time of change. No matter what life has brought you to remember that, you are not powerless... You Are Powerful! You have this moment as an opportunity to rise up into becoming healthier, wealthier, and wiser.
