Discover Network Spinal Analysis

Network Spinal Analysis, also known as NSA, is a Reorganizational approach to wellness that incorporates gentle contacts, applied specifically at Spinal Gateways, to assist the body in developing new strategies for living, healing and optimizing individual potential. Our objective is not to restore a person to a previous state of health perhaps before the onset of a disease, pain, before the depression set in or even before the crisis took place in life. Instead our focus is to create a state of being, strategies for living and an access to resourcefulness that has never been experienced before!

While in care, two unique spinal “healing waves” develop that advance a person’s spinal and neural integrity and adaptability. Much like tuning the strings of a violin, practitioners modulate these waves by using gentle and specific touches in a consistent sequence. Over time this reeducation of the nervous system significantly advances a persons wellness, inner awareness, connection to themselves and others, and dramatically improves their quality of life and higher level of humanity.

During each season of NSA Care, the physiology and consciousness of the practice member develops new capabilities that include being able to self-reference and dissipate neural-spinal tension patterns, naturally leading towards making healthier choices, increasing your body’s ability to more appropriately respond to its experiences, challenges and needs, and helping you develop lifetime strategies for self-awareness and healing.

Transform through the two unique spinal “healing” waves
Profound transformation occurs through the development of two unique spinal “healing” waves.

The Respiratory Wave is a breath wave that releases tension throughout the spine and body and brings a person to a deeper level of ease, peace, relaxation and the inner experience of safety.

The Somatopsychic (body-mind) wave is associated with a dolphin like undulation or movement of the spine. This wave is an indication that the body and mind are fully connecting and entraining to one another. These waves are shown through research to be directly related to significant increases in wellness and quality of life. They both assist in the self-regulation of tension and energy states within the neural, muscular, osseous (spinal vertebrae) and connective tissue matrix of the body, and significantly enhance life enjoyment and wellness.

These waves move “stuck” energy allowing the body to revitalize, energize and self correct distortions in alignment (vertebral subluxations) and posture.

Awaken beyond the tension patterns

Our health and wellness is a direct reflection of the way we experience our world. When our nervous system experiences a physical, mental-emotional or chemical stress, trauma or event that it determines to be unsafe for us to fully experience in the moment, the energy and information of that event is translated as vibration and tension.

This protective defense is then stored in the body as we “wall off” or armor against the offending energy and tension over time with increasing muscular armoring and spasm, spinal distortion, emotional highjacking, limited flexibility and movement and restricted respiration and ease in the area.

With Network Care the physiology learns to access new options other than this habit of “defense posture” and moves from stress physiology and limiting “flight or fight” strategies towards growth.

This embodiment of growth is available by engaging the higher part of the brain, the frontal lobes of the cerebral cortex, the area through which we observe ourselves and make choices regarding our behavior. This is the most recently developed region of our brain and is the area through which we can reach a higher level of humanity, one which embraces spirituality and evolution.

Somato Respiratory Integration

Somato (Body) Respiratory (Breathing) Integration™ SRI - is designed to offer you new options in your experience of your body and your personal healing.  It educates you to your body’s rhythms and inner wisdom through focused attention, gentle breath, movement and touch.  SRI provides you with a means of placing your attention on your body, the vessel of human spirit, and provides a tool for focusing your attention in a way that works for your healing and empowerment.

Somato Respiratory Integration™ exercises based on Donald Epstein’s book The 12 Stages of Healing: A Network Approach to Wholeness are designed to help the brain reconnect with the body and its experience.   The goal Somato Respiratory Integration™ is to help you develop lifetime skills, safety, strength, wisdom and love in relationship to the experience of your body, its vibration, structure, and energy.  Through reconnecting you through breath, touch, focused movement and attention, you are able to experience your body more fully and instantly shift your state of consciousness to one that supports trust for your body-mind and life experience.

Somato Respiratory Integration™ is revolutionary in that the approach includes specific exercises which link enhanced somatic awareness with respiration.  It promotes the ability to focus attention on gross and subtle body movements and rhythms, self-directed breathing, awareness of one’s tension, and verbal statements reflecting one’s internal state.  Associated with these exercises are self-generated dynamic processes, which dissipate energy stored as tension, enhance structural flexibility, increase the experience of safety within the body, and demonstrate characteristic shifts in states of consciousness.

It is unusual in today’s society for individuals to consider their inner cues as primary, and to trust their bodies.  Paying attention to one’s internal cues and somato-emotional self through breath, touch, and motion involves a new paradigm that is advanced by Somato Respiratory Integration™.

Some are first motivated to learn this skill in relationship to a symptom, illness or crisis to experience greater safety within the temple of one’s own body.  For many, SRI provides the connection with the embodied emotion, intelligence and spirit.  For others, it is the desire to use the body as a reference beacon to their state of consciousness.  With Somato Respiratory Integration™ you will discover how your inner perception and experience of the world determines to a great degree who you are, your overall wellness, and the connection to yourself.  SRI contributes to your expanding sense of wholeness.

Through the use of your own hands, directed movement, focused breath, and certain well timed statements reflecting the inner state, you initiate mechanisms otherwise inhibited or unavailable.

Reorganizational Healing helps individuals to create their own maps to self assess themselves and how to draw on their strengths.  This supports new change and creates a new baseline in life.  It is about a real life practical understanding of oneself, and powerful tools so that symptoms, disease, problems, and life stresses can spark self-inquiry, wisdom, new energy sources and ultimately new actions to create a more fulfilling and resilient life.  It is a model that focuses on life, health and wellness outcomes.

Reorganizational Healing was featured in May 2009 Issue of the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, in an article entitled Reorganizational Healing: A Paradigm for the Advancement of Wellness, Behavior Change, Holistic Practice, and Healing authored by Drs. Donald Epstein, Simon Senzon and Dan Lemberger.  Accompanying this article there is a guest Editorial by Dr. Robert Blanks, Reorganizational Healing: An Idea Whose Time Has Come.

Restorative Therapeutics (which is our cultural baseline and is observed in contrast to Reorganizational Healing) seeks to eliminate, reduce, control, restore or return a person to a prior minimal state, and is based on the emotion of fear and helplessness.  There's been a cultural hallucination about this, which supposes that this is helping to heal an individual and make them more whole.  There is however no intent to help improve the human condition or health/wellness of the person to increasingly more complex or deeper levels, beyond what existed before the condition or symptom, or crisis.

Restorative Therapeutic helps the individual and the society move away from the very processes and experiences, which can give more meaning, direction, understanding and impetus to create fundamental change and progress in life. They also severely drain the health care system in the overuse and over reliance on expensive and sometimes ineffective procedures.  I mention this not to down play the need of this type of intervention at times, just that we as a nation cannot depend on this one focus regarding health, wellness and human resourcefulness.  We must be able to creating new, evolving, more efficient and empowered states, in relationship to our life and well-being.

Somato Respiratory Integration, as an application of Reorganizational Healing in that it enhances and create conscious awareness and participation with the body as a tool to experience life with increasing depth of an internal connection and wider ranges of human expression.

How Stress and Tension Influence Our Lives

There are two types of Vertebral Subluxations

Structural Spinal Tension aka "Pinched Nerve" (bone out of place pinching nerve/spinal cord, long term degeneration of vertebral disc, decay of vertebral bone, growth of osteophytes "bone spurs"

Menengial Spinal Tension aka "Adverse Mechanical Spinal Cord Tension" (stretching twisting, bending of the spinal cord and exiting nerve roots).

Structural Spinal Tension

When a vertebrae has lost it’s natural position, resulting in a change in the physical, bio-chemical environment of the delicate nerves that exit the spine.  This is commonly called a "Pinched Nerve" (Vertebral Subluxation) and is the result of physical and or positional stress over time.  Chiropractors are rigorously trained in the Philosophy, Art and Science to Detect and proficiently Correct these types of Vertebral Subluxations. Below you will find physical stresses that are common causes of structural spinal tension.

PHYSICAL STRESSES

PAST / PRESENT

Birth trauma  (Mother & Baby: c-sec, forceps, vacuum extraction, epidural,         induced labor, Cord around neck at birth)  ❍   Falls  Sports impacts ❍   Broken bone Vehicular accident  ❍  Dental work ❍  Combat or physical fight ❍    Abuse, violation                     Work-related ❍   Positional stresses, Repetitive stresses ❍  Impacts or injuries to spine Etc.

Facilitated Spinal Tension

A stretching, elongation or twisting of the spinal cord, nerves and or tissue surrounding the nerves.  This is known as the Fight or FlightDefensive PostureStress Physiology and is most often caused by emotional, mental or chemical stress.

Facilitated spinal tension has been found to be the influencing factor in 80-90% of Nerve Stress and Tension we experience daily and can be linked to causes of mental-emotional-chemical loaded stresses. Below you will find common causes of facilitated spinal tension.

MENTAL - EMOTIONAL STRESSES

PAST / PRESENT

Stress Physiology

-EXPERIENCE YOUR PHYSIOLOGY AWAKEN, YOUR BODY RELEASE AND YOURSELF EXPAND-

Frontal Lobe “Check Out"

The frontal of lobes of the cerebral cortex (higher, or human portion) of your brain defines the sense of self, and enable you to assess the appropriateness of behaviors. It is that part of your brain that gives you a sense of the body-mind or emotion in your body. It helps you make long-term goals and ponder your life's purpose.

The higher brain (frontal cerebral cortex) is a region where more complex information is received and processed. It takes greater time to “upload” complex files to and within this most highly evolved portion of the brain. More simple messages about the limbs, trunk, organs, emotions, your body position and wounds are not as complicated of a “computer file” and can be handled easily and more quickly by the lower brain.

The body wisely and efficiently uses the lower brain areas to receive these less complex messages. This can save your life, when there is not enough time for you to process every detail of a threatening experience but you may need to act or react instantly too.

When the information received by your body and brain is perceived to be threatening, you'll need to either run away or fight for your life. The blood supply to the higher frontal cortex is diminished and signals are detoured to the more primitive and reactive (lower) brain. This part of your brain has already decided its action or behavior BEFORE the higher (more evolved) brain has had the chance to interpret the data, integrate the experience and choose the response most appropriate for your culture, your biology, and the expression of your uniqueness.

In such a stress scenario, there may not be enough time to place action "on hold" until you're higher brain carefully analyzes all of the details of the experience. Messages about our subtle internal cues, tension patterns, abstract concepts and emotions are low priority when your body perceived danger, or lack of safety.

When in stress physiology, a wider range or alternative adaptive strategies are not possible or desired. Tension in the body keeps awareness of these more subtle "files" walled off from your attention. This is a state of DEFENSE.

What places us in the sense of stress physiology?

This occurs when the number of messages per second received overwhelm the brain. It may be in response to a physical, emotional, or chemical stressor. For example, when you're in a car accident, the messages about the position of your head, neck, shoulders, muscles, spinal joints, spinal cord, and the connective tissue are massively, and instantly reorganized. The higher brain is protected from sorting through the data. The brain and body locked into DEFENSE mode as the spine moves into a defensive posture.

Another way this may happen is when the information received by the brain is in conflict with our cultural story of how things should be. We determine what our lives "should" be like, and expected roles of others in the culture. When someone or circumstance violates our story of what we are entitled to in this life experience, a similar process occurs with the same results. Stress /Defense physiology is promoted by our perceived lack of safety.

When you are in defense, the more primitive parts of your brain are predominantly in control of your experience, your body and your life.

Trauma is stored as vibration

When an event occurs that our brain perceives as not being safe for us to fully experience, the energy and information of the event is translated into vibration, which is then stored as tension in the body. It is not unlike the after-image of a flashbulb. Our body and then walls off the offending energy and tension overtime with muscular spasm, spinal distortion, reduce breathing into the area and we reduced motion.

Until it is safe to experience that energy again and our body developed the strategy to accomplish this, we cannot digest the information from the trauma nor can we feel whole or be truly well.

Healing is reduced in defense, as is your ability to "find" those parts of your body that are the physical anchors to the alienated, isolated, abused, or denied energy that was never fully dealt with was also compromise when your body perceived the barrage of stressful input. Your ability to connect with, or touch those areas of your body, or to direct your breath into those areas also becomes impaired. You are unable to receive the message and "medicine" from that region.

In defense, you tense more easily and your physiology also more easily returns to and sustain a state of stress. This becomes the body's new functional baseline. In this state we become more structurally rigid or armored. Our blood pressure tends to rise, our range of motion and emotion is decreased, and our reaction to the new stress is heightened. The brain continues to perceive life defensively, produces stress chemicals and inhibits the ability to pay attention to the incomplete "energy" or "unfinished business."  We focus upon the external threat to our stability, structure, organization, and identity.

Posture, muscular tension patterns, connective tissue tension, choices in life, and even spinal alignment are your emotional reactions to a hostile and defensive perception of the world. Many of us remain in defense throughout our lives. The higher (more evolved brain) rarely has the opportunity to develop its unique properties and evolve new strategies for living in experiencing life.

With NSA/SRI, when you use your hands to touch your body, adding specific breath patterns, movement, and focus awareness, you can reconnect and safety to the body-mind and unlock its healing energy and wisdom. The body then moves away from defense and towards growth. It has an ability to reorganize at this point.

When feeling safe, the frontal lobes of the cerebral cortex may be given access to the previously unavailable files, which were locked away with vibrational anchors to the structural system. When we feel safe, we can evaluate present and past reactions for appropriateness. We can find ways to release tension, trapped energy, information, and distorted structures.

We can feel more profoundly, we can use the subtle information within to make healthier choices. We can be more compassionate to others, and to ourselves. We can activate "internal software" for experiencing life, changing our course, and for healing. Our brain can pay attention to the body's tension patterns, its spinal alignment, its posture, in its current state. We have moved from defense and stress to safety, and from safety into GROWTH.

In order to "fix" something we must first find it. Our bodies can better take inventory, as our brains feel safe to experience. Somato Respiratory Integration seeks to activate the self- observational and self- correcting strategies along with liberating the energy within to act as fuel for the internal transformation. Our hands instructed us to connect with the subtle vibration carrying the story of our lives. Our breath ignites the emotional brain to give more meaning to the vibration, and our higher brain gets to learn from our vibrational medicine.

We do not have to re-experience an event in our lives, as that would be a restorative approach. Instead, we need to connect with the body part that was blocked at the instant we went into defense. This will enable us to use the energy once directed towards keeping parts of us separate from ourselves to facilitate the process we know as healing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) compare to more traditional Chiropractic approaches?

Network Spinal Analysis seeks to restore health to the spine and the body by removing nervous system interference. This is accomplished by assisting a person in dissipating two types of tension from their body, Structural and Facilitated Spinal Tension.

In traditional chiropractic, the primary focus is to detect and correct vertebral subluxations (Structural spinal tension; vertebral bones out of alignment, placing pressure on a nerve). The subluxations cause malfunction and dis-ease of muscles, organs and glands.

In NSA, the doctor addresses the entire body and all of its systems, choosing not to focus solely on the subluxation (Structural tension) but also on Meningeal distortions (Facilitated tension; distortions of the spinal cord and the tissues surrounding the spinal cord).

It is the opinion of the Network Chiropractor that a subluxation is a symptom or manifestation of a much bigger problem. That problem is a combination of stress and tension patterns that have accumulated in the body (Facilitated and Structural tension). The stress and tension arise from physical, chemical and emotional/mental traumas over a person's life time. The body stores these traumas, which in turn create symptoms (ie. subluxations, pain, tingling, numbness, headaches, and the list goes on). Under NSA, the Structural and Facilitated tension patterns are dissipated from the body, which allow for optimum healing and wellness.

What is Network Spinal Analysis?

Network Spinal Analysis, also known as NSA, is an approach to wellness that incorporates low force touch, applied at Spinal Gateways, to assist the body in developing new strategies for living, healing, and optimizing individual potential. Under care, two spinal "healing" waves develop that help improve a persons spinal and neural integrity and adaptability. Much like tuning the strings of a guitar, practitioners uniquely modulate these waves through specific gentle touches. Over time this practice significantly advances a persons wellness and quality of life.

NSA Care is advanced through a series of Levels, each producing, in the mind and body, specific new capabilities that include making healthier choices naturally, enjoying life more, and developing a healthier spine and nervous system. N.S.A. also offers a revolutionary outcome assessment approach that combines self-reported wellness profiles, with practitioner clinical assessment. This helps track and monitor the changes in the individual over time.

Research performed through the University of California, Medical School at Irvine, proved that people under the care of Network Spinal Analysis practitioners, unequivocally, experience an improved quality of life. In addition, some of the top chaos mathematicians in the world now believe that the waves that run through those under NSA care are the fundamental waves of all living things.

The focus of Network Spinal Analysis is to:

Establish the capacity of your nervous system to detect and correct areas of tension, and impaired function.

Enhance your ability to generate automatic respirations and movements, which help your spine and nervous system to dissipate tension, increase circulation and energy flow, and promote healing.

Help you develop an effective and trusting relationship with your spine, nervous system, body and your healing process.

Monitor improvement in coordinated function of nerves, muscles, vertebra, and soft tissues that promote a healthy spine and nervous system.

Assist your body in removing spinal interference to communication between your brain and the cells of your body, increasing your body's ability to properly respond to its experiences, challenges and needs.

Help you develop lifetime strategies for self-awareness and healing.

Monitor your progress with periodic clinical re-evaluations.

Allow you to assess the significant improvement in your health and quality of life through a very wide range of indicators.

What is a Spinal Gateway?

It is the interface between tissue, energy and consciousness, an area of free energy that can be used to initiate healing.

What does a light touch contact at a Spinal Gateway do?

When a light force is applied to the body, research shows that there is a brain/body shifting from stress physiology to one of reassessment, growth and reorganization. Energy that was formerly bound in adaptive structural changes appears to be liberated for constructive purposes. Consequences of this are increased spinal and neural integrity and wellness. N.S.A. allows individuals to move from stress physiology to safety, and from safety to growth. As this occurs new strategies and spinal and neural outcomes develop which have never been reported elsewhere. N.S.A. care also elicits unique sensory and motor responses, two body waves known as the Somato-psychic and Respiratory waves.

Can such a light force make a difference?

The human nervous system is designed to respond to wind, the brush of a feather, someone whispering "I love you", the gentle touch of a loved one; the input into your nervous system doesn't have to be forceful in order for your body to know that something is happening or for changes to be made. What is most important is that your body is receiving exactly the right amount of information, at the right place and at the right time.

What can I expect during my visits?

During your visit, you will be asked to lie on a special table, fully clothed, while the practitioner checks your spine. The practitioner will palpate (feel) your spine and muscles and perform a series of parameter checks (heel tension, eversion stress, abduction stress, adduction stress...). From the information gathered, s/he will deliver a series of specific light touch contacts along the spine and allow your body to process that information. Then the doctor will re-check and see whether another entrainment is necessary. A typical session may be a few to a series of contacts, depending on the needs of your body at that time. Your visits take place in our open entrainment room, so there may be others in the area around you. The initial visit is done privately and includes a consultation, thorough health history, complete examination, digital computerized postural analysis, Surface EMG Scan, Thermography Scan.

What is an entrainment?

It is the full experience of being under Network Care. Entrainment is defined as the tendency for two oscillating bodies to lock into phase so that they vibrate in harmony. It is also defined as a synchronization of two or more rhythmic cycles. The principle of entrainment is universal, appearing in chemistry, biology, medicine, psychology, sociology, astronomy, architecture and Network Spinal Analysis. The classic example shows individual pulsing heart muscle cells. When they are brought close together, they begin pulsing in synchrony.

The entrainment process is quite evident in NSA; it will (1) elicit two body waves (Respiratory & Somato-psychic) (2) resonate with the practice member’s feelings, (3) transform negative thoughts into positive thoughts, and (4) promote a state of liveliness, serenity and improved health and wellbeing. The entrainment creates a type of "mirror" that reflects the persons desired mood and feeling. As the energy patterns gradually transform, its resolution may be experienced in each person, physically and emotionally.

How will my body respond during the entrainment?

As the body releases tension, you may find yourself breathing more deeply and fully. You may experience slight movements or feel the need to stretch. Sometimes the body uses yawning or sighing, laughing or crying as ways to release tension. People under Network Care have reported experiencing a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, where their body begins to reconnect with itself and the sensation of floating and a dream-like state often occurs. The stresses held in the body (physical, chemical and emotional/mental) just begin to melt away.

What are these 2 waves you speak of?

The two waves are appropriately called the "Respiratory wave" and the "Somatopsychic wave." These waves are unique to those under Network Care. The Respiratory wave is a breath wave that releases tension throughout the spine and body and brings a person to a deeper level of relaxation and safety. The Somato-psychic (body-mind) wave is associated with a dolphin like undulation or movement of the spine. This wave is an indication that the body and mind are fully connecting and entraining to one another. These waves are shown through research to be directly related to significant increases in wellness and quality of life. They both assist in the self- regulation of tension and energy states within the neural, osseous and connective tissue matrix of the body, and significantly enhance life enjoyment and wellness. These waves move "stuck" energy allowing the body to revitalize, energize and self correct distortions in alignment and posture. Once a person experiences these two waves they double their perceived wellness.

Has anyone done research on Network Care?

A study of Network Patients’ Self-reported Outcomes was conducted within the Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology at the College of Medicine and Department of Sociology, University of California, Irvine in 1994-95. The study demonstrated that patients under Network Care reported significant improvement in physical health and symptoms, emotional/mental health and symptoms, stress adaptation, life enjoyment and quality of life. Conclusion: 76% of the over 2,800 patients studied had improvements in all of the above categories, while 96% reported improvements in two or more of these areas. Patients reported changes in their physical symptoms within the first 2-3 months and reported their overall life enjoyment and quality of life continued to improve with the duration of care. There is no apparent ceiling to the level of health and wellness one can achieve while under Network Care. Presently, ongoing research is being done through the University of Southern California.

Why is it that we lose our health and wellness?

Researchers today believe that we lose our health and wellness because of the way we experience our world. When an event occurs that our brain determines to be unsafe for us to fully experience, the energy and information of that event is translated into vibration and tension, which is then stored in the body. It is not unlike the after-image of a camera flash bulb. Our body then "walls off" the offending energy and tension over time with muscular spasm, spinal distortion, reduced movement and reduced breathing into the area. This phenomenon has been termed "defense posture." Much of what many disciplines seek to correct through adjustments/manipulations, massage, acupuncture and various therapy modalities is often a symptom of this process. With Network Care the body learns to move away from defense and towards growth. This allows our higher brain functions to take control of the body and resolve these symptoms.

How long do I need to come for care?

That's an individual question; it all really depends on what your goals for health and wellness are. Research shows that significant changes in a person’s physical, mental and emotional state begin within the first eight (8) weeks of care. It also has determined that people under Network Care for more than two (2) years, were still showing improvements in all areas of health and wellness. Suggesting enhanced wellness accrues with time under Network Care. There appears to be no limit to improvement of a person’s physical health, emotional health, ability to adapt to stress, and quality of life. During your initial report of findings, we will help you plan your goals for care.

I'm pregnant. Should I wait until after I have my baby to start?

The answer is no! This is such an important time to make certain that your body is functioning at its optimum potential. The first 4-5 months of pregnancy, NSA care is performed without variation. After 5 months, entrainments are made while using body pillows and lying on your side, back and in a seated position. Network Care is a gentle and effective way to support a healthy pregnancy, delivery and postpartum and beyond for mother and baby.  You will notice we see many happy and healthy families. Feel free to explore in conversation with them, they would love to share who they have benefited over the years.

Can Network Spinal Analysis help children?

NSA is a wonderful gift to any child to assist the body in developing wellness strategies early in life. It strives to help children perceive the environment with less stress, express emotions more effectively, have more awareness of their spines, verbalize a body sense, awareness, or emotion, make healthier internally guided choices, and meet the world with greater love.

In the course of care, it is common for parents to remark that their child's disposition has improved, that they learn better in school, are more at peace, sleep better and in general, seem to function without restriction.

We can establish new spinal strategies for infants and children that allow for greater self-observation and regulation of spinal tension patterns. It is extremely important for developing children and young adults to have a nervous system that can support a positive way of being in one's self and the world.

Will my pain and/or symptom go away?

Network Spinal Analysis helps the body to help itself. Rather than treat a symptom we help the person. When functioning improves then the need for pain signals often abates. The pain is only the signal, and not the problem itself.

Symptoms are warnings

Symptoms, diseases and conditions are warning signs that the body is overloaded and cannot properly deal with itself or its environment. Much like the temperature light on a cars dashboard. It comes on when the engines cooling system cannot deal with internal or external temperatures.

Symptoms have advantages

Pain will stop you doing things that may injure you further. Can you remember when pain stopped you from burning yourself badly? Pain encourages you to rest. Pain stimulates the body’s tissue healing mechanisms. A fever raises the body’s temperature higher than most bugs can tolerate. Vomiting or diarrhea gets rid of material the body rejects.

When will the pain go away?

I tell my patients that I do not want their pain to go away until their body is working better and no longer needs it. Network Spinal Analysis is a great way to get your body working better. When you let your engine cool, the temperature light will go out.

We have no way to judge symptoms

We have no reliable way to judge symptoms as good or bad. Just as vomiting may be a sign that our body is ridding itself of unwanted chemicals it could also mean more serious problems. Most symptoms are actually the body trying to heal itself.

Worried about pain and symptoms?

Diagnosing and treating pain and symptoms is the domain of Medicine. If you are worried about symptoms then please get yourself checked by a medical doctor you trust. There are times when medical intervention is entirely appropriate and it may even save your life. However, medical intervention is rarely a valid reason to stop Network care, and may not help you in your healing journey.

The Bottom Line!

The Goal of other holistic arts is often to return a person to a prior state of health. Network Care takes the person beyond the old self and enables both the doctor and the patient/practice member to continuously evolve new ways of experiencing their spine, their wellness and their world. N.S.A. is truly non-allopathic and offers a unique promise for the future of humankind. Every N.S.A. practitioner will do all in their power to assist your body in getting to the core of the problem. People under Network Care have reported great improvement and resolution of a wide range of physical complaints such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, muscle stiffness, eczema, menstrual cramps and dizziness just to name a few. The likelihood of your pain and symptoms being resolved is great, if you are committed to giving yourself some time to experience N.S.A. and are open to making appropriate life changes. Symptoms are truly a manifestation of something bigger.

Global Healing?

The most remarkable aspect of Network Spinal Analysis is that this new practice of optimizing human potential through the modulation of each individual’s vibratory frequency could well be the instrument that triggers the vibratory shift of the consciousness of the planet to a higher level. Like the 100th monkey phenomena, it is hypothesized that once a certain number of people on the planet are under consistent NSA care, a shift could in fact occur. Think of it as transforming a high school orchestra into the New York Philharmonic. That is the change in the nervous systems seen in those under consistent care. Which orchestra would you want to pay money to hear? With NSA practitioners around the world, and tens of thousand of people experiencing the benefits of NSA, the time could be closer than we realize.
